How can I contact Heptabase support?

I have encountered a problem and would like to seek assistance. How should I proceed and where can I seek help?

  1. If you are facing issues logging in or activating Heptabase, please email support@heptabase.com or join our Discord Community to directly contact members of the Heptabase team. If you are unsure whom to contact, you can reach out to our Customer Manager, PJ Wu.

  2. If you are able to use Heptabase and have encountered various bugs while using it, please click on the "Help & documentation" button at the bottom left corner of Heptabase. Then select "Bug report & Submit feedback" to report the issues you would like to inform us about.

  3. If you have any other questions or uncertainties, you have three options:

  • You can directly ask us in Heptabase app through the steps we provided above.
  • You can email us at support@heptabase.com.
  • You can ask team members or other community members in the Discord community.

By using the first two methods, we can track the progress of your inquiries and reports more comprehensively. However, if you prefer to engage in discussions with other users, the Discord community is also welcome.
