How to import the local backup files to restore all of the previous data?

First, you can find your local auto-backup location from Settings > Backup & Sync > Local Auto-Backup Location.

In that folder, you may see your .zip format backup files.

If you want to restore from one of your backup file, you can unzip it, then you will see a file named All-Data.json.

Now, you can go to the sidebar and click Settings > Backup & Sync again, and click the Upload All-Data.json button on the Retrieve Data from Local Backup section.

By doing this, you can restore the version of files you want.

Uploading from local backup will overwrite all of your current data. Internet connection is required.
