Can I request a refund?

If you purchased the Service before September 1, 2023, we issue refunds for Contracts within seven (7) days of the original purchase of the Contract.

If you purchased the Service on or after September 1, 2023, payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used Subscription periods.
