What’s the early-bird pricing? How do I obtain and keep it?

We’ve offered an early-bird discount in our open-beta stage. However, after launching our 1.0 version on August 31, 2023, we no longer offer early-bird discount. The price of the yearly plan now is $8.99/month, and the price of the monthly plan now is $11.99/month.

If you are an existing early-bird Heptabase user:

  • You will keep the early bird pricing forever, even if you do not renew your subscription.
  • If you have requested a refund in the past and decide to restart your subscription before the 1.0 launch, you will be eligible for the early bird pricing. If you restart your subscription after the 1.0 launch, you will be charged the normal price.
