One of the most common requests we hear from new users in their first week is: “Can I see how others are using Heptabase for learning, research, and planning?”
That’s why we’re building the **Gallery** — a dedicated space to explore whiteboards published by our community.
If you’d like to share how you use Heptabase, simply publish your whiteboard and click the “Submit your whiteboard” button in the Gallery. Our team will review your submission within 1–3 business days and let you know if it’s approved or needs revision.
The Gallery is coming soon, and we can’t wait to show you how other users are using Heptabase!
Right Sidebar & Side Panel: New design
We’ve redesigned our right sidebar and side panel in the latest version. You can now open Chat, Card Library, and Journal from anywhere.
When you open the Card Library in the sidebar, you can also click on cards to view them directly in the side panel as a handy reference!
Whiteboard: Toolbar
In the latest version, we've introduced a new toolbar on the whiteboard, making it easier to use different tools. We've also changed some tool shortcuts—just hover over the toolbar to see them.
App: Live public link
In the latest version, you can now create a live public link for your whiteboard. Anyone with the link will always see the most up-to-date content as you make changes.
