We’ve improved Heptabase AI Chat to make it faster and more flexible. You can now use the latest GPT-5 models, regenerate answers with one click, and copy results easily.
Chat: Ask AI questions using selected chats, messages, images, and PDF cards as context.
In the latest version, you can now ask AI questions using selected chats, messages, images, and PDF cards as context. This helps the model give more accurate, relevant answers.
Here are some demo videos:
- Use selected chats and messages as context
- Use selected text as context
- Use selected images as context
- Use selected PDF cards as context
Please note that there are currently some limitations with these features:
- AI chat can’t read images, videos or embedded cards inside a card.
- When chatting with PDF cards, only OpenAI models are supported.
- To use the GPT-5 series, you may need to verify your organization in the OpenAI platform.
